Define roleplaying and commercial initiatives

In http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/30064-Community-Rules-October-27th-2013 in forbidden content it says that RP is forbidden. What type of RP that is forbidden? Why? Because if RP is forbidden, then some of the forum games could be banned

And commercial initiative. What is that?

Actually the correct forum for this the The Forum Forum, but it's dead right now

And a theoretical question: If all mods ignore the rules, what will happens?

Roleplaying is banned because people take it too far. Applying the rule is no exact science but be sure that we keep a close eye on the forum games and do step in when things become too serious. Commercial initiatives are things which have the intent of making money by selling a product or service. This rule too is only applied when there's blatant cases: you're more than welcome to make a thread about another game you like in the Space Lounge and provide a link to the website of that game, whether it's free or not. However, you can't post links to sites such as ad.fly or any products you're selling yourself. These are just examples, but they should give a small insight as to where the line is.

See my explanation here:

Long story short, it's a beehive you do not want around. We generally draw the line at roleplaying when people make up personas to play their games with. As long as they're playing the simplistic forum games as themselves and not starting too much trouble, we usually leave it well enough alone. Any threads that are looking like they're starting to become roleplay are usually looked over and we make a collective judgement on them. If you're worried about a thread entering roleplay territory, just report the post that seems to have begun said foray into roleplay territory, and we'll have a look.

As for what would happen if mods took the law into their own hands (and/or ignored every written rule), I invite you to take a look at Facepunch forums.

Feel free to report any perceived misconduct of a moderator to either the Global Moderators, or to the Community Manager. Generally speaking, however, moderator decisions are final and reached with the consensus of multiple moderators.

Now its all becomes clear, thanks!

The reason I asked this is that in IC2 forum, where I spend my time most before I got bored of minecraft, their RP is us against spambots, but I understand the reason to ban RP from this forum

This thread is quite old. Please consider starting a new thread rather than reviving this one.
