Dumb, right? Well, he took foolishness to the next level and walked up to some the astronauts and "confronted them".Maybe you've heard of him, maybe you haven't. I think you'll be delighted to know in any case that he was punched in the jaw by "Buzz" Aldrin.The good stuff is the first 3 or so minutes of the film.
