Are you interested in my solar panel technology?

For example, here are Soyuz panels.

But that\'s not all - the panels can rotate to follow the Sun (Soyuz version just has rotation disabled). Even more - there already is Zoxygen compatible version of the panels that has output depending on the angle between the panels and sunlight - this tech can also be adapted to another power systems.

I am hoping to update kosmos to fit the new features of 0.15 some time after it is released.

people complain about high poly parts and unphotorealistic look however that would take longer to fix. however i assure you i do plan on doing that eventually. Upon release i will inspect various aspects that normal maps can assit me in doing this. i might try some new things on one or two of the existing modules. however i don\'t plan on adding thing new. as stated before we are atthat catch 22 point in which we need docking to proceed plus i have previous engagements so if they takes off more than it already has it will be difficult to work on KSP at all.

However my current tasks are not with out benefit and I am not new to normal maps :) Just as KSp assisted me with skills for Organics stuff form organics can be applied to KSP :)

I\'ll get on that stuff tomorrow. I\'m graduating on the 18th, but I only have to take two exams this week so my schedule has, at long last, opened up. Sorry for the lousy wait.

I do, they\'re awesome. I\'ll post my most recent take on the Proton once Normak releases the KVTK. It uses some Angara parts.

Aside from that, I\'m also using the Angara itself.

I use them a lot... However, I did retweak them a bit, mainly to rebalance the upper stage which had weird specs, but I also nearly doubled the thrust (and consumption) of the URM 1st stage (in RL, the RD-191 has twice the thrust of Soyuz RD-107/108). Now, I routinely use the Angara upper stage on my rebalanced Soyuz for the smaller payloads and Angara 5A for the heavier launches.

I\'d love to see an Energia and Zenit now !

Just downloaded Kosmos yesterday, parts look awesome, but I changed the solar panels to use my plugin ;P

It has nothing to do with this pack, but I have problems with the Sky Penetration Co, the .craft files throw errors on load and the 1.5m to 9x.5m part wobbles around in a 2m range until the rocket falls over to one side, other parts wobble hardly too.

Be sure! It is hard to resist the use of such beautiful parts. If only my computer did not reduce framerate because of them...

so... if i was to start making stuff again. what should it be?

I would like to see, first of all, the completion of the Angara-pack: Breeze-M and Breeze-KM upper stages, wider URM for Angara-A7, different decouplers and fairings. Then, in the longer term, it would be great to see Yenisei and Amur (former Angara-100) launch vehicles - reincarnations of the Energia family by Khrunichev Space Center - as the further development of the Angara family.

I\'d also like to see the Docking Compartment for MIR, and some remote control systems to individually launch MIR modules. Also, make the panels use Alchemist\'s PowerTech plugin.

well in the KVTK release of Angara it should have better balanced engines but normak never released it :D

I think you all will like the KVTK. it is a good escape system. has a long burn and such. but can only be used with the engine made for it as I recall :/ oh well hahah.

as for the Poly count. Once normals maps and such are out i will probably make my stuff in a way that it would be lower poly but use normal maps fr the same look. but since i cannot see them :D IDk.
