Considering that the guy before you posted a kerbin escape infiniglider I'd say a realitively stable orbit is possible. Afterall kick out to solar orbit at just the right angle and it could be years before another encounter happens. Heck with a bit of luck you could probably aim for a Mun gravity kick that would put you simi circular in kerbin at least till the next mun encounter which you probably couldnt avoid unless the resonance worked out just right.
