Pivot part?

I was watching the "Pivot" device on the claw in the new ARM patch that they are releasing. I was wondering if they are going to make a stand alone pivot part, without the claw. (You could use it to pivot a docking port or a part of the ship. I think it could also be useful for making homemade missile/pod launchpads, which allow you to launch at an angle.)

What does anyone think about this.

We'll see what the config file looks like. If the pivoting behaviour is a separate module then someone will probably make a mod eventually.

This would be most useful for things like asymmetrical ships, so that you could vector your engines through the COM.
