I see no asteroids?

After updating KSP throw the patcher . I then load KSP and see that all of my active missions are deleted and there is no asteroids . I have checked the space objects and unknown tab and theres no asteroids. Also i ran the patcher 2 times. Is there a way to fix this?. Pretty upset i lost my space station

I still have all my saves, but I too am seeing no asteroids. Perhaps they only exist in career mode?

Looks like you need to start a new game to make them appear.

Just created a new save on my .23 backup, imported it into 23.5, loaded - no asteroids after 10-minute maxwarp waiting. Created a new 23.5 save - got two unknown objects on my first visit to tracking station.

100 days and nothing happened i think this is a bug

I got them to load in a sandbox game, I do have my stuff in space but I can't load my stuff in the VAB..

You have to start a new save.

I got them in an old save BUT I did start a new one then went back into my old save, but as I said, my stuff in space are there, I can control them, but I can't load old stuff (gray names)

*edited* Oh wait a second, my sandbox turned into a career mode! 8| interesting.. that's why I can't load old stuff, I DIDNT RESEARCHED THEM! Somehow making a new career save overide my sandbox into a creer save?? Alright alright.. no can't go back to research everything now, come on I had a station, I had fuel depot, satellites buzzing everywhere, hey I had prepared for that now what I gotta do it all over again? But the thing is, if I start a new sandbox save, will it be overide again? Who's the kerbal in charge here...

So, I've reloaded my career-turned-sandbox old save after I've created a new 0.23.5 career save:

- It magically turned back to career!

- I've got asteroids!

- Nothing is researched and I've got 0 science points (I had about 80k before ARM update)!

Neneneno.. I refuse this conclusion, my save was only locked once I made a new save, therefor, something overide the status somewhere, or when the asteroid generating thingy kicked in, it might have played with either the save was a sandbox or a career... There must be a "true" or a "SANDBOX" I can put in somewhere to unlock this, I've checked in the persistent.sfs real quick, there is still [Title = Jim (SANDBOX)]

Alright, either you make these science stuff or, you go open your Steam/SteamApps/common/Kerbal Space Program/saves/[your save]/persistent.sfs

There, you locate

SCENARIO

{

name = ResearchAndDevelopment

scene = 5, 6, 7, 8, 9

sci = 0

}

and input sci=99999999999999

And then just unlock everything, seem to work so far I'm unlocking them right now

It would seem that in order to get asteroids, you need a new save. Darn it all.
