Solar Panels always blocked by some part of the ship.

Well, I'm tired of having my solar panels keep saying blocked by things that aren't even in their way.

Is there a mod or a fix or something to stop this annoying blocking from happening? I'm making a kethane sattelite and one of the solar panels say BLOCKED BY KOSMOS SOLAR PANEL and the other Says BLOCKED BY PROBE CORE, When i need those parts!

Is there a way to never get blocked again
