When going from the VAB to the launchpad while having the V-C1 Operations Block on my craft, it causes my staging to get completely messed up and put into 1 stage... :huh:

Very odd! The .CFG has no staging offsets, so I've no idea what could cause that...

I'll experiment myself and see if I can reproduce! :)

When are you gonna make a female port? One for salyut(tapered from 1.25m) and one for other use(just 0.625m part).

I was about to say the same thing!! Also all the parts make a pretty good Zarya or Mir Core? What should I do? ISS or Mir?

Looks very close to Zarya to me :)

Of course, one of the goals of this pack in the near future is a stockalike MIR set of parts.

Still needs a bit of work, the MFDs are a bit hard to use.

But it means the LK is close to some kind of release :)

Using Tantares and hoojiwana's RLA Stockalike, I've made my newest crew capsule/space tug. It kinda looks like the Angara capsule, but that was a happy accident, I just wanted to make a 5-kerbal tug for populating space stations. I call it the Big TST, or BTST.

I'll echo the others, this is such a great part set, absolutely a must have. It pairs so well with HGR as well.

This is an excellent mod and suits me perfectly, as I have been trying to recreate Soviet designs with stock parts from the start. So your mod fills my needs perfectly - Soviet designs with perfect stockalike look. However, I think there are a couple issues which could be easily fixed.

The TAC config seems off - the TKS modules pack ridiculously high oxygen levels, so the spacecraft is prohibitively heavy. One TKS module (for one kerbal, not a descent capsule) can clock in to 5 tons when full of supplies. I think that's a little too much and the TAC config should be changed.

I also feel that the complete Soyuz is available too late in the tech tree to be practical. Currently I think you get the capsule and orbital module at the same time as the TKS, which is not true historically (although this is a minor point), but mainly game-wise. I would love to have a two-kerbal capsule (and craft) before I have access to the three-kerbal capsules (stock Apollo-like and TKS). The Salyut could also be there earlier so that we can have early primitive stations to service (and that could later be updated or deorbited).

Of course i could make the changes myself in the cfgs, but I think the mod as a whole would benefit from these tweaks, so please consider them. Thanks for an awesome mod!

Nice, is that the Shenzou OM from HGR? It's a good fit :)

Tech tree placement has been, I admit, almost totally random so far. I think it's time to take a proper look, and like you say, put some parts a little earlier.

As for the TAC config, I'll take a look, thanks!

The TAC and CLS configs I think I will make default in the next release.

That last station is huge, the part count must be high :confused:

And actually that SSTO design is gorgeous.

On a side note...

One small thing I have done is shave about 10MB of Tantares GameData footprint by compressing needlessly large textures. There's zero loss in quality, but a fairly substantial saving in memory.
