Considering the first post you would like a dark comet on a weird orbit to orbiting Kerbin that attracts new players better than Minmus? I'd like a more comet-like thing on a retrograd orbit with 70° inclination, a periapsis below mün, an apoapsis above Minmus. Perhaps dark red, as we have already a green, a blue and a grey object in the Kerbin system.

If a new player likes it more, that is good: You do not have the Minmus experience for him then. If Minmus is still liked more, that is good: Someone has fun.

It is very unlikely that Kerbin captured a comet, especially of that size and that orbit. I do agree with you, move it to another planet, like Jool.

I don't think it's unrealistic. Sure, it may not meet the conditions observed in the Terrestrial (or something) system, but considering that planets are significantly more massive than they should be (and Minmus is probably made of salt), it's fine.

Minimus is like Interplanetary practice. You can practice transfers from Mün to Minimus. Plus it's made of my favorite ice cream

I am in every way against this. If it's a nucleus, don't remove it from Kerbin. Atleast either make it smaller or orbit farther out, but Minmus is pretty important to the game.
