Can anyone tell me what / where this is? (Mun "anomaly")

I'm not sure if this is the right forum but I'm taking a stab in the dark. I ran across this shortly after I started playing if I recall correctly... Probably version .22, maybe .23. I remember that I just randomly sent a probe down from an orbiting ship and saw this pass under me -- I tried to land near it but I had shoddily designed the probe being pretty new and it crashed. I've never been able to run across it again, and naturally I wasn't paying very close attention to the map. It keeps periodically coming back to mind, I'm curious if anyone else has seen this or knows anything about it? Is it a random bug that I'll never see again, an unspoken easter egg, what?

Edit: Answered, although not quite the answer I was hoping for. Should have been a well hidden wormhole to an alternate universe or exhaust vent for massive disguised ship that you can dock to and control Or at least something I could hope to find again and play around with.

It's just a ripple in the terrain. There were others, but I don't recall seeing any since they re-did Mun with all the craters.
