Any bets this problem increases when 0.24 drops and traffic peaks?

Military time is quite simple:

GMT doesn't change. You're in BST, I presume.

I get that. But when the clocks change by an hour for summer it stops being GMT and becomes BST for the UK (not sure what it's called elsewhere).

Similarly, my timezone is usually NST, but is NDT in the summer (which actually makes my location at left a bit inaccurate this time of year).
