My Sister-in-law (11yo) asked me if you could make a rocket that took 100 kerbals to space and glancing through the first few pages here, the most I found was 15 (I didn't look that hard, I know I've seen ships with 40 or so before). Let me see some big Kerbal-movers! Rockets or Space Planes, just so long as it gets a lot of Kerbals to orbit at once! Thanks!

Yes, getting multiple Kerbals into orbit is easy.

Thanks to B9 IVA Extension the 6m crew tank now seats 28. Specially for your request I extended one of my regular SSTO planes with a forth crew tank. It's now capable of carrying a total of 113.

I have seen a Whackjob video of a rocket with more than 3000 seats (that's all possible kerbal names used). I think it went boom on the lounchpad but you should try to find it for inspiration. I think it was named "kerbal genocide" or something like that.
