How to make Spoilers?

How can I make spoilers and place pics inside them?

Put the tag (spoiler=title) before and finish with (/spoiler).

Note: Use [] instead of () and you can change the title of the spoiler.

Example:

 [spoiler=test123] hidden stuff [/spoiler] 

hidden stuff

To add an image, the tag is (img), just like this:

Note: must be a link to an image, aka direct link.

 [img=http://pbs.twimg.com/profile_images/3477766576/f3115a4a3429aa502a0e7417567b8676.png] 

If you want an image in a spoiler, just put inside:

 [spoiler=Cool Image] [img=http://pbs.twimg.com/profile_images/3477766576/f3115a4a3429aa502a0e7417567b8676.png] [/spoiler]

Why isn't this included in the advanced editor mode. are there any other tags not found in the advanced editor mode?

There are a few.

They don't appear as buttons because adding additional buttons to the editor is significantly more difficult than just adding BBCode. If I recall correctly, it would require someone at Squad to FTP into the servers and upload thumbnails for use as the buttons. They are frequently too busy to do so, however.
