Modles for hatches and seats

Hello,

I am about to make some models and I would like these to have hatches and seats. I can't really imagine that everyone recreates these for their mods. However, I have found nothing about how to use the standard-looking hatches and seats. Can anyone help?

for stock-alike look I'm pretty sure they are recreated, not pulled from Squad's models.

I'd think that like me anyone who has done a few IVA's will have built up a selection of seats hatches consoles etc that are used over and over albeit with different colors, bump maps etc
