Breathing SFX When On EVA

So I was performing a lengthy EVA offloading a resupply SSTO and it occured to me that something was missing. That something, fellow kerbonauts, are breathing noises! Think 2001: Space Odyssey or perhaps even Darth Vader's respirator, with proper squaky voice filters appropriate for kerbals, but in such a way that it isn't irritating. Wouldn't that be great? (Hint: yes)

before someone says theres mods for it, his idea is for stock, and i agree.

Just use chatterer. it adds breathing, talking, hatch sounds, beeps, etc. And it doesn't change anything else from stock. It takes two seconds to install, that's it. I don't get why people ask for Squad to add something that they could already have, then complain when someone tells them what mod adds it.

It's a suggestion to SQUAD to put it in the stock game, which is what this suggestion forum is about. If you weren't allowed to talk about features that a mod in some or another has implemented then you could pretty much close suggestions down.

While I was suggesting for this to be added to the stock game, I appreciate the mod recommendation, and I'll give it a try.

I think all the chatterer fx ought to be stock. The Eva breathing and the comms chatter add so much to the game. And the occasional sstv burst makes some fun pictures too.

I'm pretty sure more SFX are planned as soon as major features are in and there is time to deal with details. I consider chatterer a bit too noisy though.

I think there is more important stiff in SFX dept. Like, you know, wheels sound.

Besides, in real spacesuit, you hardly, if even, can hear breathing sounds via radio.
