So hi, I just got my profile and i want to add a picture to it.... the url dosent seem to work though, any tips? (I might just be me, im lazy so i have just tried to copy then paste)

Welcome to the forums by the way; profile picture and avatar settings is in the settings tab at the top right of the page. Profile picture is the one that appears on your profile page, the avatar is the one that appears next to your posts.

Could you provide us with some more information? At first, your account would not have been granted full status, so it wouldn't have allowed you to personalize your profile. You should be past that by now, though. Is it still giving you trouble, and what is the error message?
