Why escape tower that i designed not work?

Did you set it to do anything using the 'abort' action group?

In the VAB or SPH there are three tabs at the upper-left of the screen: parts, action groups and crew.

To edit action groups click that tab. In your case then click the 'abort' group in the list, click a part that you want to activate on your rocket, then select the action you want back in the list on the left. If there are any more parts you want to activate at the same time, click them in turn. Typically for a LES you want to click a decoupler under your command pod and select the 'decouple' action, then click the LES itself and select 'activate'.

Click the 'parts' tab to return to the normal view.

Well the separatrons are firing straight down and their exhaust is hitting what's below them. That results in no thrust, damage tand, eventually, destruction of the part. Try it again and press F3 once the separatrons fire - you'll see several reports like "xxxx was damaged by exhaust from ..."

Yes, the problem is that sepatrons get their exhaust blocked by the pod and decoupler. When placing them, use Shift-S to rotate them slightly so they aim into free space.

Shift + WASDQE can be used to rotate parts in VAB in 5 degree increments

^ That. The ready-made LES offers a very high and slightly off-centre thrust, making it more effective at getting the command pod away from the rocket. If you suffer a structural failure and have got still-firing engines behind you that's important.

Yep, I concur with the above comments about blocked exhaust and the resulting damage. I think your two fixes have been listed already.

- Slightly rotate the sepratrons

- Use the stock escape tower

Good luck,

Sepratrons can do that too.

I think i not unlocked stock LES yet, you use parachute on the top i always put it sideways on this (3 kerbal) capsule , the front is reserved for docking port, i want Apollo like capsule, and it's had docking port on top,

That's a good escape system, but the stock LES in a similar test will peak the acceleration around 10 g.

To be honest in KSP escape systems are more for show than anything. I've rarely had problems with simply shutting down all other engines, decoupling the upper stage and flying away.

There's a thread in the rocket builders forum on construction techniques, I believe it includes how to mount a parachute below a docking port as seen in Romphaia's example.
