I love "Stargate SG-1" i wonder does we ever get another SG series?

But when i first time watched sg-1 tv series i cannot get used to RDA as O'neill i watched the original movie with Kurt Russell, when i saw RDA i thought what the heck is that! Macgyver!

now i cannot think about Star Gate franchises without him:-)

I have the same thing with Scott Bakulla as captain in Star Trek: Enterprise, when i saw it i thing, oh yeah Sam Becket from Quantum Leap ("Zagubiony w czasie"in Polish), i wondered does after he finish his task as starfleet captain supercomputer Ziggy transfer him to other body:D

Now i think that he was quite good as captain Johnathan Archer, i rate him 4th in my starfleet all time captains after, Picard, Kirk, Sisko, but better defintly than Janeway:D (albeit i like her to)

I would like to see Stargate Universe continued. It ended with a cliffhanger after just 2 seasons

I'm a pretty huge fan of all 3 Stargate series. I'm actually not a big fan of the movie; after seeing it once I never want to see it again. I watched it on DVD in 2007 right before starting watching the series (I love Netflix). I chewed through SG1, then started alternating through SG1 and Atlantis discs when the appropriate time came, and when I caught up with Atlantis I watched season 5 live.

I also liked Universe and would love another few seasons to see what they do. Like so many shows, it got good right before they cancelled it.

There's a new movie coming out where they're essentially reboot the entire franchise. I *think* they're actually starting fresh with the movie and keeping nothing about it except the core concept of the stargate. I'm interested to see how it goes.

I have all the SG1 and SGA series on DVD. I enjoyed SG Universe a lot. Pity they cancelled it so quickly.
