Linux version - cant see GUI windows

I have 64 bit linux version of ksp.

And it turns out that i dont see any contents of mods gui windows, for example engineer redux, part catalog, toolbar plugin etc.

I am not sure but, I sometimes also miss parts, and then I remember that I did forgot to mod put the Squad and the Nasamission folder in the GameData folder.

gamedata is here, i probably miss parts because i tried to use partcatalog.

and i dont see gui contents outside VAB too.
