Original Bionicle was the best Bionicle. I mean, look at them!

They're just awesome! I only had three of them, though (Gali, Kopaka, and Pohatu) and really wanted the other three, but alas, they vanished before I could get them due to the next set of models coming out (I had maybe one or two successor sets, but they were never as cool, in my opinion).

I did also get the Nui Jaga which were pretty nifty things:

My teenage son still has all his bionicles... and he had a TON, complete sets including the big ones (some spider dude with tank treads, a giant titan) God we spent so much money. Spare the hype, let pocket books rest.
