What mods do you want to be made part of the stock game?

- Some kind of fairings. Personally I like PFairings the best, but I'll understand if SQUAD would rather add fixed-shape fairings.

- Taurus HCV and its accessories, although without DRE the heatshield is superfluous.

- An analog of EVE, although probably not exactly the way it is now due to performance and stability issues.

Must-have:

FAR/NEAR

Deadly Reentry

Near Future Spacecraft (for the amazing Mk3-9 pod)

DMagic's Orbital Science

Kerbal Engineer Redux

Nice to have:

Kerbal Attachment System (albeit with an art pass, the current textures don't really fit with stock well, imo)

Procedural *** (fairings, wings...parts is awesome, but probably unbalanced for the stock game)

SCANSat

Stockalike parts pack (KW, MRS, RLA...they're all excellent)

Necessary to my enjoyment of the game, but should NOT be stock:

Karbonite/Kethane/any resource mining (adding anything like this to stock would render the others redundant and ultimately unused)

Near Future pack (other than spacecraft)

Real Solar System/Realism Overhaul (though they should be supported by Squad, and released as a DLC/expansion)

Remote Tech

TAC LS

If I had to choose only one, though: FAR. No question.

FAR, Kerbal Engineer, a small group of parts from b9 (landing gears, and decent sized cargo bays and shuttle parts and not one part more)

Some clouds and lighting improvements that can be turned off in the settings menues would be nice aswell. I rly understand the concerns about performance as I play KSP on a crappy laptop and on a high end computer, too. However, I would rly like to see sone atmospheric eye-candy :)

chaterer would be nice (but definetly with a turn-off option).

DRE and tac live support would be cool for higher difficulty settings. Some fairings would be needed for FAR

NEAR, or a modified FAR

Radial drogue chutes

Better information display in SPH/VAB (at least display ship mass like in map view, even if it doesn't reach the level of Kerbal engineer)

Larger sized landing gear and cargobays (Really really easy to do, I just duplicate the .cfg file, set a rescale factor >1, and then tweak stats accordingly).

Ducted electric fans/propellors for exploration of atmospheres without oxygen.

Air Augmented rockets (ISP gets worse with increasing atmospheric pressure)

Definately an aerodynamic system with something between FAR and NEAR.

It needs to have the Mach curve system, but it doesn't need to have nearly as much complex calculation, and we certainly don't need aerodynamic failures and such.

Well, it makes probes more realistic (i.e. need dishes and communications with KSC/6+ kerbal craft) and you have to have relays to relay your science. Also, speed of light delay, so no insta-controlling your probes.

I should've worded that better :P
