Propeller to Jet/ Jet to Propeller

So just had this awesome idea for planes: converting a jet plane to a propeller one or a propeller plane to a jet one. You could post two versions of a plane, one with stock or firespitter propellers and one with jet engines. Would be real fun to see what you get! Just remember that you must keep almost all parts of the first plane except the engines. Have fun!

I've now put jet engines on the p51 that comes with retro future, flies pretty well, but looks like a mig 9 that's been beaten with the ugly stick.

I can kinda see the logic behind making a prop plane jet powered, but why would you ever want to do the reverse!? All it led to was this thing, which is technically an Aeris 3a with a v 12 engine, but just as much a huge engine with a small jet glued to the back.

Well because it's fun to see my futuristic fighter plane fly with 2 lancaster engines. Pics coming soon
