did .25 add earthquakes?

so my rocket is blowing up on launch pad after loading in the screen shakes and one time one of the buildings even blew up. its not my design ive launched the rocket several times without incident this has to be an easter egg

Nope, .25 added destructible buildings. everything including the launchpad and runway can be destroyed, and you need to pay for it to have it fixed.

Screen shaking often occurs from a bad camera angle. Buildings blowing up on physics load a symptom of a badly designed "feature".

cant you just say its intentional lol, it was so fun watching my rocket fall off its launch pad after a load. random carnage is pretty fun

Yeah, I think the shaking is just things blowing up. Also, which building blew up? Is it possible a part flew off your rocket and was just an (un)lucky hit on a building?

Also remember this tip: Always use launch clamps when possible. That should take care of most of your exploding-on-physics-load rocket problems.

nothing flew off the building blew up before the rocket moved (it looked like a fuel tank next to the rocket track), and i was using launch clamps, ive launched this same rocket like 20 times already its not the rocket

I've had this happen to me a ton of times... I think it's due to switching to Space Center/Launchpad/whatever while slowing down from a time warp.

I posted my report of it, but if have screenshots it might help Squad figure it out.

Edit: I've also had trouble when the rocket I built in VAB was clipping slightly through the floor. Make sure it's got some clearance below it.
