No launch rocket holdy things

In sandbox mode, I tried to make a somewhat big rocket after getting the game yesterday. Every time, since it was heavy, it exploded on the launchpad. I watched videos before, and they had them in the menu. Also, they're made only for launching and not for landing, and they're normally red.

Do you mean the Launch Stability Enhancers a.k.a. Launch Clamps? They should be in the structural tab near the end. If not, try starting a new game, then reinstall and start a new game.

I tried doing all of that, and it still didn't appear

So you have completely deleted your entire "KSP" directory, then re-downloaded it from your place of purchase (KSP Store or Steam)?

I deleted the whole thing on Steam,and reinstalled it using steam

It should be working. Go into wherever Steam is installed, then go into "SteamApps -> Common". Delete the "Kerbal Space Program" folder there. Then go into Steam and reinstall it. Also make sure you are using sandbox, not career or science. Another thing to make sure of is that you are running Steam in a folder that you have full access rights to (i.e. reading, writing, appending, etc.). Otherwise, there is no reason it shouldn't be working.

We'll need to see this rocket, and the launch clamps are in the Structural tab, if you've researched them that is
