johnsonwax
Try doing 'ckan remove KIS'. It'll complain that it can't find it but will remove it from the registry. Then do a regular install and it should be fine.

rottielover
I haven't touched KSP or CKAN in 3 days (got really busy IRL). Tonight I fired up CKAN found that about 10 mods updated, and clicked the buttons to update them all. CKAN crashed as Sirrobert reported. I am not running any daily build or anything like that it says it's 1.6.12 and that no update is required (settings ckan settings check update).I'll do what Sirrobert did and re-install everything I guess.See the end of this message for details on invoking just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.************** Exception Text **************CKAN.FileExistsKraken: Trying to write MDBenson
I have a simple but useful suggestion (I think?) - can you put the name of the game instance we are working on in CKAN somewhere obvious on the main CKAN screen? ericwdhs
Not sure if this is the best place for a feature/plug-in request, but could we get a column in the GUI dedicated to custom, filterable tags to mods (both installed and not)? I'd like to be able to label mods with tags like "Favorite," "Watch: Needs Update," "Watch: Concept Has Potential," "First to Delete at RAM Limit," "Rejected: Not Stock-like," "Rejected: Alternative Used," and so on. CKAN has already become indispensable for me, but I keep going to other programs to do mod evaluating and sorting, and I end up looking over a lot of mods more than once. This one feature would allow me to do everything I need to do within CKAN. Whatever the result, thanks for this great program!

Ziw
CKAN still does not see the new version of Infernal Robotics, although we've even created a tag "v0.21.2" instead of "0.21.2". Can somebody force the update or something?
Mars Mullo
I have just run the update. When Selecting TACLS TAC life support from the compatible list it then disables the "go to changes" button to allow it to install.Any reason for this?Actually if TACLS is selected it prevent any other mod from being installed... so just a error in that one mod that's upsetting Ckan? ghimb2000
I fixed this by selecting the Stock Config as well. It installs well after that.
notallrobots
Hi beautiful CKAN people! I'm on OSX and while CKAN works extremely well in most cases, I've been having some issues with installing a few different mods. I've checked that the mods I'm attempting to install are up to date and properly sourced, but I keep getting this "RecvError" notification in both CKAN and on the Terminal. The Terminal error looks like this "183520 [1] ERROR CKAN.ErrorDialog (null) - Failed to download "https://kerbalstuff.com/mod/148/Modular Rocket Systems - Parts Pack/download/1.6.2" - error: RecvError"I have a number of mods that I have installed that will not update thanks to this error, while others seem to update fairly easily. Any ideas?
