Good mods for bases?

I've been feeling like building a base on the mun recently does anyone know any good mods for building bases? I've seen a few around like Kethane and the one that lets you transfer fuel with cables and hoses (KAS I think?) Does anyone know any other good mods for bases? Like things that let you dock parts on the ground so you can build a big sprawling base that's all connected. You can post your favorite base building mods below.

KAS is definitely mandatory for base building the other one I would suggest is modular kolonization systems, all the base parts you will ever need.
