Remove messages app from non-career mode saves

My idea for a quick mod is basically summed up by the title. When you have a lot of mods installed, the stock toolbar tends to stretch out pretty far. To free up a little screen real-estate, the messages app (which I believe has no use outside of career mode) should not be displayed in science or sandbox mode. If there actually is a purpose to this app outside of career let me know, but I couldn't find any.

This should be fairly simple to do, as I know it's at least possible to replace a stock app (Alternate Resource Panel can do this), and the contracts app doesn't appear outside of career as a stock behavior. Thanks for taking time to read my request.

I think this is not a good solution because it can be used on sandbox by a mod (for example Simulate, Revert & Launch does not use this on sandbox, but it can use it in the science mode).
