Is There A Mod To Build Things While On EVA?

I could of sworn that I saw it before, but now I can't find it.

Anyone know the mod that allows you to build/edit your ship during EVA? (Or at least edit your ship after you launched it)

eh not exactly. It lets you attach things but there is no stack attachment or angle snap so using it to build usable vehicles isn't really practical. It is useful for building surface bases though using pipes and slapping a few upgrades like solar panels and science instruments though but its not good for cases where you need to watch your center of mass.

The closest I can think of is Extraplanetary Launchpads. You have to* build the ship in the VAB or SPH but after that you can tell your ELP to construct the ship anywhere in the Sunar system.

*I use the term "Have to" here even though I want to say "get to." The thought of using an EVAed Kerbal to construct a ship makes me shiver.

I need help rearming my vehicles with BDArmory and KAS: I can't attack ze missiles to my kerbals to carry them to my plane. Any help?

Kerbal Inventory System mod does exactly that, might want to read users guide first though. You can even assemble a ship on EVA!
