Bug when attempting to launch from the SPH

I was just wondering if any of you have seen this issue before. I can launch from the VAB, but not the SPH. I am not crashing but I still can not do anything except return to space center when launching from the SPH. Here is a screen shot of what I see:

I was just wondering if you guys have seen this issue before I start removing mods to isolate the issue. Thanks for the help!

Not sure. If this is what I think it is, it will show up in your output log. Please read the How to Get Support sticky, and welcome to the forums!

I usually get such picture when RAM is insufficient. (>1.6 GB on my x86)
