A little YouTuber Competition from the Kommunity Spaceflight Initiative

KSI needs YOU(tubers)!

Greetings from the Kommunity Spaceflight Initiative. You may have heard of us, if not check out our subreddit. We are looking for someone to make a few videos for us and to maybe manage our YouTube presence. To see which one of you lucky YouTubers has the right stuff we are going to have a little competition. We would like you to make a short video, 20-30 seconds, which we will used as the welcome video on our website. Check out our website, subreddit, PM /u/ProjectThoth, /u/President_Raptor or /u/trekimann on Reddit or e-mail kommunitycubesat@gmail.com to learn more about the project. The video can be done using Kerbals, or actors, hand drawn animation, parody of the Starship Troopers “Do you want to know more?†anything you want. The closing date is February 1st so get creative! The winner will be notified mid February.

Rules

1. It must be safe for work (no swearing, racial slurs and etc.)
   
2. The video can be no longer then 30 seconds
   
3. The video must include a link to both or either our website or subreddit
   
4. A caption or message must be included indicating we are looking for people to join us
   
5. All judgments are final
   

This wouldn't be a competition if there wasn't a PRIZE! The winning creator will get their choice of Kickstarter reward(s) equivalent to a $75 donation from our campaign (when it goes live) and if they stick with us they will also get first choice of any pictures we take for use in their own projects.

I think that I might make a cinematic for you, but first some advice!

1. Make a thread on the forums about this

2. Make a YouTube channel to regularly post updates on how it is going

3. You NEED to generate more interest, honestly, everyone knows about the KSP Community CubeSat and that's just going to be in LEO. Imagine how much interest you guys would generate trying to get to the moon!
