Crash on loadscreen after switching from Kethane to Kerbanite

So, I removed the Kethane folder from gamedata and added most of the stuff from the USI Catalogue (Kerbanite & Co), also installed ORS.

Then I installed the EPL to Kerbanite Conversion.

When loading the game, I now get a filenotfound derivative near the end of the loadingscreen.

My guess is that I'm missing some required mod or something is outdated. But I personally can't identify what from looking at the log and the mods I added.

Oh yeah, Windows 64Bit (7) using 32Bit KSP.

USI mods size (incl. Karbonite) is greater than Kethane size.

Check your RAM amount being used. If needed - try ATM (http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/59005-0-23-5-Release-3-1-Active-Texture-Management-Save-RAM-without-reduction-packs!)

Switched to OpenGL and that did the trick for me.
