Does is possible to train those new kerbal skills on Earth oh i mean on Kerbin :-)

The point is NASA na Roscosmos train their astronaut/cosmonaut in simulators before they even put them in real spacecraft.

Space mission is the best way to learn astronaut in the same way as real surgery is the best way to learn wannabe surgeon everybody need job training.

The only problem is that if you come here saying that you enable flight reverts and quicksaves because you don't like your kerbals to die and to waste funds, you get frowned upon and pointed out as a noob

KSP should really have a rocket simulator feature, so Wehrner Von Kerman can test your rocket configuration before sending people to crash horribly on some distant rock.

And don't tell me to do it myself with paper and pen, I suck at math.

Just ignore people that call you a noob. They've probably reverted many flights before they got to a point they don't need to any more. I quicksave and revert flights habitually and I'm not ashamed... in fact, I'm militant about it! Join me, brother!

Noob!

We're all noobs every time we try anything we've never done before. The only people who can hold their heads up and say "I am not a noob" are either really, really old or really, really boring.

I also revert whenever I want to and I don't even think twice about it. The game is literally a simulator. It can simulate a long-running space program where things go wrong, or it can simulate lots of individually successful missions that have had many unsuccessful attempts to reach that point. There's no 'wrong' way to play, so do whatever you find most fun (and least frustrating).
