Mission profile:

1. Orion launch.
   
2. Scouter A and B launch
   
3. Scouters dock to Orion
   
4. Trans-Duna burn
   
5. Aerobrake/TDI
   
6. Scouter A Duna landing and return
   
7. Scouter B Ike landing and return
   
8. Trans-Kerbin burn
   
9. Hab module detaches from main body and lands on Kerbin with parachutes+engines

1-Toggle Orion solar panels

3-Toggle Scouter underside docking port cover/Toggle Orion fuel pod docking port cover

4-Deploy Scouter parachute

Note:

You can dock a Scouter to one of the Orion's side fuel pods and use its fuel to go to Ike. During the transfer burn, it is advised to set the Scouter into a spin to counteract the uneven momentum due to the shifted CoM.
