Interplanetary transfer mod

Does anyone know if there is a interplanetary transfer mod, which would calculate an optimal transfer path to given planet at any time, not only the most optimal time? Idea is similar to this tool: http://alexmoon.github.io/ksp/ . So if you are willing to use more delta-V than the optimal transfer, the tool would guide you to do the transfer.

MechJeb has incorporated the porkchop display, just click when you want to go in exactly the same way as alexmoon's

Thank you! These seem good tools. I have thought that I'll test MechJeb anyway. so this'll give me a good reason to do that.
