I accepted this contract once in fineprint.

It was only because the deadline was huge and the advance was ridiculous, and I knew I was going to wrap up the career save anyways. It will be incredibly hard, and you will need all your skill and mettle to pull it off.

DO IT.

(At least they don't want it in orbit around Moho?)

(Just an FYI, if you do this, be sure to add RCS thruster blocks onto your ship for fine control, otherwise you'll never forgive yourself. Actually, just put RCS thruster blocks on all your ships, they're crazy useful.)

Wish I had screen shot of my Duna one. Think they wanted it around x, y, z orbit around duna. And It was either a E class or B class roid. But, yeah. A lot of fuel, big enough ship to push it with ability to get refueld without becoming a slideshow, and a miricle that lets you avoid the Kracken are all that is needed.

That gives me an idea...

...If one should be so lucky as to get an Ike asteroid contract, they should use it to make a Magic Boulder replica, using green lights and stuff. Maybe texture editing to make the asteroid darker, screenshot it, and share it? :D

Won't look like the real thing, of course, but, you know, nostalgia.

It saddens me to say, that the implementation of Fineprint maybe was a very bad idea :(

Many of the new contracts are great IMO, it's just the ridiculous ones like moving several hundred-ton asteroids across the solar system that need to be fixed.

The text to that could just read "We want you to make Gilly wobble around like crazy. Just for fun" for all I care. If KSP would simulate gravity effects like that, that is...

Hehehe, if KSP could simulate gravity effects like that, Tylo would tear the Jool system apart, and stand a fairly decent change of breaking free and eventually ejecting Duna from the Kerbol system altogether.

Why do they need to be fixed? They're a great source for difficult challenges. If you think a contract is too hard, you can just pass on it.

Wow, what have you got your payouts set to? I've never seen a contract offer anything even remotely that high in returns! I'd be half-tempted to accept it, spend all of the advance money upgrading facilities, then cancel the mission. Sure, your reputation would tank and you'd have no money left, but if you planned for that, you could get a huge leg-up on some of the more absurd building upgrade prices.
