Would like to see a "Government Funding" mod

I envision this to be aimed more at the beginners than experienced players, although it could also be used to speed up the career cycle.

Essentially, once a month or so (Kerbal month, whatever that is), a set amount of funds would be deposited in the KSP account.

There could be specific levels (beginner, intermediate, hard) tied to the career path, or the ability to specify a set amount.

Anyone interested in doing something like this? I'd be happy to help test, etc.

There is at least one other mod, but I can't find it at the moment.
