Crash resets computer (complete reboot)

This crash occurred twice in a row.

KSP version: Steam build id = 007052014-12-15_13-42-05

Branch: master

mods: none

Specs: see sig

Description: from SPH, i launched 'space plane x-1'. after i launched, off the end of the runway, the computer reset. First time, just as it hit the water, second time it was over the beach.

i realise the plane is too heavy to actually fly, i was just mucking around.

The log just ends, so KSP didn't have time to crash, if the PC is resetting that suggests something more serious though such as overheating the processor or faulty memory.

You should check your cpu and motherboard temps, and test your ram using memtest86

Overheating will do that, you need to make sure your CPU fan is working ASAP, it may be dusty and clogged or prevented from turning by a cable within the PC that has moved.

Or worse, come loose/fallen off.

Also check your case vents to ensure air is getting into the PC.
