Need a very, very simple structural piece

Hello, I hope I am not asking too much for a very simple part: I need an acute isosceles triangular structural plate that, with 4 pieces surrounding a square base, then angled 45 degree at base, will form a prism. So that this (the plate is from stock revamp, a right triangle):

Would not have its sides clipped together together and become this:

Oh, they wouldn't clip then, of course, but they would leave a gap at the same angle like this:

They are right isosceles triangles. Can't fit them that way.:(

An equilateral triangle might work better to build prisms with, now that I think about it.

Need more dimensions.

So I am using this calculator for a square pyramid, plugging in a=1 and h=0.5 (so that it would be 45 degree inclination). If we take the square M-1x1 panel as the base, then the triangular plate would have base =1m, height =0.7m, sides = 0.87m.

If it is too much problem to make, an equilateral triangle with 1m sides would work much better. A regular tetrahedron can be easily made with 4 equilateral triangle.

Just need 2 stack nodes on the 2 sides at the center, and the thickness of a regular M1x1 plate.

Thank you so much for considering my request.:)

I have been wanting one of those for quite a while now, I have never been able to make a good looking folding pod. Well, I have, but only a square one.

I've never used it, so I don't know its dimensions, but there's a smaller triangular plate on this mod here:

Being a parts pack only, I assume it works well with 0.90

Edit: and I just noticed that it was updated and rereleased:

Thanks! That pack got exactly what I needed!

Now just need to learn how to patch tweakscale functionality in.

If you haven't got it tweakscale you try this

@PART[triPlate]
{
MODULE
{
name = TweakScale
type = free
}
}

And here is a stock rescale

+PART[triPlate]
{
@name = triPlate2
@title = M-TRI Structural Panel2
@description = Triangle shaped structural panel2, show off your polygons

%scale = 1
%rescaleFactor = 2

@mass = 0.075
}

EDIT- Free would be better.
