Guest Posted June 30, 2012 Share Posted June 30, 2012 But really, the show is designed for everyone. It was made so it was engaging to parents watching while still magical and fun to kids. It has clever jokes (I also managed to find 2 booze jokes!) and great references (One reference is the Star Wars New Hope ceremony parody). Its not all girly girly, and there\'s actually many run ins with awesome creatures such as hydras and manticores and even dragons. The best thing is that every episode teaches you a real lesson that can actually be used in you\'re life. I highly suggest you watch the series, even if you don\'t intend on becoming a Brony. The pilot for season 1 is really just an awful example, and is not nearly as amazing as the other episodes. It won\'t lure people in, and make them even more determined to be anti-brony.They were created before the fandom could affect the series and have more attention be paid to it. I would rather say loved and tolerated the hell out of them but that works.Oh, and if you want to actually not have the show ruined, watch all of the seasons before you /dare/ try anything doing with the fandom unless it\'s something mild like this.
