I just modded the crap out of my game, and my god the quality is brilliant, spent the entire day finding ones i liked, but it was worth it, Engineer, KAS, Antenna Range, Astronomers Visual Pack, Scansat, Chatterer, orbital science, distant objects, Karbonite, Near future, snacks, new inline cockpit IVA, US, Proc Fairings, snack parts, and a toolbar, SQUEEEEEEE!!!

Now as soon as i have finished i shall start a new career... omg all these parts.... :D:D

Another aspect in which this community is awesome is the way information and help is shared in the form of good advice in posts, tutorials, videos etc.

I recently started to learn building spaceplanes. Without this community, I probably would not have achieved Kerbin orbit yet. But with all this great knowledge sharing here, I was already able to build several orbit-capable craft, and actually do a Mun landing and return in a single stage vehicle.

Yep. The KSP guys are awesome. This forum (and to think about it, this very thread) is a proof of it.

Even the decent SC2 forum seems like a troll-infested pit compared to KSP forums. To date I've only encountered a single troll - and he was mostly harmless and dealt with soon without being fed.

Try Ferram Aerospace Research. It makes aerodynamics so much more realistic (As in, it's-still-not-perfect-but-at-least-nose-cones-do-something-useful-on-your-rockets. I couldn't play without FAR).
