Anyway, I\'m really glad we\'ve gotten as much as we have from Kerbal Space Program, so I thank the dev team heavily.

Its the TiberDyne Shuttle Booster System, self contained; It has cloned parts from the old C7 pack, as well a variant of Sarkun\'s cargobay plugin and some mechjeb modules if you want them (the DLLs are a couple of versions old now, I think)
