KSP 0.90 destroyed the mobile science lab?

Greetings!

KSP Version: 0.90.x Windows 32-bit, operating on W7x64

What Happens: The mobile science lab is broken regarding science analyses and boost, cleaning out things is working fine

Mods / Add-Ons: All Stock, except for AlarmGlock, Engineer, Texturereplace for heads and suits

Steps to Replicate:

1) Build a craft that includes the mobile science lab, science stuff like Goo, Jr. or Thermometer

2) Add crew, put two Science-Kerbals into the lab and place your craft anywhere you like (mun, duna, eeloo, orbit - doesn't matter)

3) Do science

4) Review your samples and you will see that the science lab analysis bonus for transmission will either give you +0% or +1%

Do you know if it actually affects the amount of science you are awarded of if it is just affecting the display in the dialog?

Result: Update 0.90.x added in the EXP-System for kerbals and it seems the scientist-bonus destroys the mobile science lab bonus.

I tested it with several kerbals that have different levels. The result stays the same.

Maybe it is supposed to do so. I've just launched my Duna mothership with all the crew (4 scientists, 2 engineers and Jeb) being level 3 and it doesn't even propose processing data in the lab.

On the other hand, it really looks like they have diminished the effect of the lab processing, making it much less useful anyway. The biggest number I've seen in 0.90 is +7% on what has 50% base transmit... Yeah, that's 15% boost same as on level 3 scientists. Wasn't it like 50% transmit boost before?

Greetings again!

I now can provide Screenshots for proof. There are two Scientists with level 2 in there, I checked if that matters and put two pilots level 0 in the lab - no difference.
