How and where do I change up my skybox?

I downloaded a sweet new skybox set from Das's stream yesterday, and... I have no idea where to place the 6 pics for a new (and sexier) skybox (sexier=better res, stars and gas clouds, multicolored space ).

Where would I place the files, and the originals (in case I wish to put them back), so I can enjoy "space" (visually) even more-so than I already am?

You have to use Texture Replacer. There is no built in way

I have Texture Replacer... I STILL don't know how to do it, since there's no skybox folder.

Check Das's stream (he's on now), and ask for it. The Stream's bot may hook up the link for it.

check the texture replacer thread, tons of them on the front page.

Dire, with a bit of detective work it's not too difficult to figure out. Poke through the TextureReplacer folder and see where files like the ones you downloaded are.

Uhm, the "files" I download go into my downloads folder on my laptop, where I have to MANUALLY place them into the game's folders... so the rudeness/arrogance REALLY isn't necessary!

hint: instead, try humbly explaining that I just need to stick files into the default folder.... and thank you.
