my plan is try designs in sandbox check the price of the designs and if it works and is reasonable uses it in career I mean that's kinda what NASA does right?

Nope they're vectors. Rhinos have low thrust as they are meant for the vacuum. I basically clipped a bunch of vectors together to make it look like one big vector. I also lowered the gimbal since it is a symmetrical rocket and too much gimbal makes it very hard to control. Not exactly a Delta IV, but it's surly based on it. This is a variation of my favorite rocket in KSP.

Proc. Fairings makes that the CoL is sometimes so high that you need to place large fins on the bottom to make it flyable.

EFT-1 You say? As part of my constellation mission project, I made the Delta IV and flew the mission. The Delta IV I used is a spruced-up version of my standard 60T lifter for KSP. Six oranges, three mainsails, no problems.

The Orion with the Delta Cryogenic Second Stage.

This was one of the first replicas where I prioritized looks over part count, and I think it turned out great.
