KSP website down?

I need help. I want to download another copy of ksp, but google keeps telling me it's unsafe and has no licence??!!!!

Yes, there's an issue currently, is already being dealt with by Squad staff, though may require intervention from the company hosting our servers. Sorry for the wait.

The problem is just that the site's TLS certificate (aka SSL certificate) expired yesterday.  The certificate is what your browser uses to verify that you're connecting to the real KSP site (and not, say, a fake one presented by someone intercepting your connection).  When a site uses TLS but doesn't have a valid certificate, your browser warns you that it can't verify that the connection is safe.

This doesn't mean that the site has been compromised or that your connection is actually being intercepted, or anything like that.  It just means that Squad needs to renew the certificate.
