[1.3] Stock fuel tanks don't load

For some reason, in 1.3 all of the stock fuel tanks, as well as some modded ones (NF Propulsion) aren't in the game. It's not just that they don't appear in the VAB/SPH, they act like they werent even installed. (Even tough that's impossible for the stock parts). 

I've tried reinstalling the game, but that doesn't solve the problem.

Does anyone knows what's the problem this and how to solve it?

Did you check to make sure you didn't hide them with Janitor's closet?

@Jas0n Yep. But they arent missing the way Janitor's closet would hide them (they wouldnt be visible in editor). In my case, these parts act like they werent even installed. And its only the fuel tanks, no problem with the other parts
