    Oops... my apologies, did not know that the CKAN 1.24.0 requires manual reinstallation. My fault, problem solved

    STEAM, autoupdate ON. Last, CKAN autoupdate ON. Windows 10 x64, legal, autoupdate ON. Yes, i even perform full wiping KSP dir from HD and reinstalling trough STEAM. No effect.

    Nope. This error gets in any case, even on new and clear KSP installation.

    No. I deleted all the mods via CKAN, then deleted all the subfolders from "GameData", except for "Squad" and got the same error. And I do not have a subfolder of "FShangarExtender" in "GameData". UPD I apologize, it was on another computer. I'm not sure if the folder "FShangarExtende" is deleted, I'll check it later. UPD3 Other comp, clean STEAM KSP, only "Squad" in "GameData", same error:
