  1. KSP: 1.3.1.1891 Problem: The planet always appears as a white ball with 0 texture on the main menu and in map mode. Mods installed: Scatterer + Galileo's Planet Pack (+ other possibly unrelated mods) Reproduction steps: Unknown - this was not an issue on a previous install. Best possible steps are to install GPP + Scatterer Log: At this link EDIT: It appears this white sphere completely replaces the planetary texture. EDIT NO. 2: It appears this sphere also replaces the texture of every body. This includes the star (Ciro).
  2. 'Ello! Quite a fan of your work, I almost always Unmanned before Manned on my career saves. Decided to give your ground stations config a try. However, I tried to uninstall it earlier yesterday (22nd), and booted up my game and found the ground stations are still there. Reinstalling RemoteTech didn't even seem to work. If this kind of thing needs to go on the github page, then here.
  3. Wouldn't call my design a station, but the concept is similar. My cargo SSTO, in my private save at least, always has a payload. When not docked to a proper station, there is a Spacelab-like module, although instead of sitting in the cargo bay, generally does a bit of maneuvering to dock to the nosecone. The crew of four has just enough space in the habitation module, plenty of experiments, and a small science module. My SSTO generally acts as a remote communications center, since I have RemoteTech installed, and when maneuvering, the module is almost always unmanned. Will post pictures later.
  4. I once got a kerbal named "Hello" I kid you not. She was an important part of the Antarctic Program, though. She was forced into retirement after I deleted the save, though. I'm a chronic restarter.
  5. Probably not the best place for this... if it isn't, simply move it (if you're a moderator), or let me know (if you are NOT a moderator) Terrier Space Enterprises I am assuming a lot of you have heard of SpaceX? I'm assuming so because they are a major player in the board game "Space: Trying to Get to Mars Alive" game. Well, first, a bit of a backstory. Around early December 2017, I was browsing reddit and came across this really cool thing called a "year in review," whatever that is. (self explanatory, lol) Apparently, it is for something called "Kerbal Space Agency" with the domain of kerbalspace.agency. Inspiration time! I quickly set up a weebly website for my own similar setup, Terrier Space Enterprises. I like to associate it with SpaceX in everything but that Tesla to Mars "goal" and the reusability. Website Right, with that out of the way, which was about all I had to say about TSE, I actually have a website for this! https://terrierspaceenterprises.weebly.com/ That's it. There. Weebly is cool sometimes.
  6. I wouldn't consider it a necroposting, but it really hurts me to play without Stock Visual Enhancements or Scatterer. It hurts. A lot. Other mods, I probably couldn't play without USI Life Support. I like TAC, but USI makes it a bit more "real".
  7. "MIN" would be my best guess at an acronym. However, if you mean the "demonym", which is basically a plural of a group of people (eg Americans are from America, Martians are from Mars), I don't generally go for any specific one. For the one that makes the most sense, I would probably have to agree with FlyingPete. "Minmusian" sounds weird to me, but then again, so does "Venusian" or "Jovian."
  8. @everyone above me, thank you for your kind welcomes!
  9. Hello, world! forums! Not exactly new to KSP, but I am new to the forums, so I thought I would introduce myself: I am Unturned_Fighter, KSP fanatic. Like a lot of modders, I have a space company: Terrier Space Enterprises, although I don't use it for modding. I use it for my savegames, mostly, complete with its own website! Check it out if you wish. I am currently in the process of a career save game, and all posts (except the first one) are/will be from my career save.
  10. IMPORTANT: The image layout is inspired by another KSP blogger whose forum name I forgot, but thanks for the inspiration on the images if you're reading this! (You've also inspired me to set up a KSP blog for TSE, thanks!) (TSE is Terrier Space Enterprises, basically SpaceX.) Okay, maybe the title is a bit misleading. I'm playing Unmanned before Manned, and the mod unlocks rover tech at Engineering 101, and since I had an contract from Space Penguins, Inc., I decided to deploy a rover I dub Runny Rover. It's more of a test of technology and proof of concept, but I like seeing the name in the tracking station so I decided to make it a permanent mission, roving around Kerbin. The picture is slightly large, since I took it at 1920x1200 and scaled it down. This view is of the KSC from over 3km away. I've also stuck a solar panel on it, so around noon its producing the most power. KSC is small because I haven't upgraded literally anything there yet.
  11. Not officially. I might quietly slide over a few points, though.
  12. As long as it's permanent resting place is not the plane, you can make it however you want.
  13. As the space program's rocket scientists are busy firing rockets into the cosmos, some with terrified kerbals in the bare bones capsules (a very kerbal thing to do), an intern at R&D suggested focusing on some projects at home for a little while. He was quickly promoted and then moved to the newly born Kerbin Research Department. Rules 1a. Mods are allowed. Aside from Station Science, all save files must be stock if you choose to upload them. 1b. Kerbin Side is not allowed. 2. Hyperedit is not allowed. 3. Any of the ice shelves on Kerbin are allowed (i.e. Northern & Southern Ice Shelves), but please state if you're in the North or the South. 4. If uploading the save file, you must build the base in either 1.3 or 1.3.1. Corrupted save files will not be judged. Base Modules Required Some kind of housing (The Hitchhiker cans are allowed) At least one Mobile Processing Lab Transportation rover (bonus points if it can transport liquid fuel) Power generation Power storage (unless within 5 kilometers of the South/North Pole, must be marked with a flag) Be outside of the plane (mobile bases are allowed) Optional Mining center Fuel storage Some kind of runway, even if it is marked by a single flag Docking system Power storage (unless within 6 kilometers or more of the South/North Pole) Notice: Save files are NOT required. Not necessarily prohibited, and in fact encouraged, but save files are NOT required. Required Screenshots (if not uploading the save file) All of (if multiple) the planes/rockets to be used (rockets must detach the engine(s) and recover said engine(s) in the Tracking Station. Same goes for fuel, if radially attached) ONLY the first payloads flight Every payload once added ONLY ONE plane at the base The finished product Bonus points for submissions posted to YouTube (can be real time, or can be edited) Judging Criteria (if uploading the save file) Size Crew capacity (Unofficial) Framerate Delivery method Ease of transportation for kerbals (transportation of resources will not be judged) Power generation rate Amount of electrical charge stored EDIT: I'm still new to the forums, so my content will need to be approved. It may take a while for "me" to respond
