So, I finally beat the land on the mun mission, and on my way back in the atmosphere,  and my mk2 can exploded! I was confused, for I had a medium heat shield on my can. then I realized that the supposedly cool lip on the bottom, which doesn't fit the radius on anything, had struck yet again! It had overheated and taken the rest of the pod with it. Could the devs remove this please? It also occludes radial mount engine thrust as well.

I've just had to disable part overheating during re-entry and re-enable after.

If you get a Kerbal out of a vessel, and select: "Run Surface Sample," wait 4 seconds and then try to move with WASD, the Kerbal will move around while performing the sample.

Hey @Scarecrow71! You can't do Science with a Kerbal unless they aren't holding a ladder.

So if they are holding a ladder, they can't do Science.

Now, the title explains it all, but I wasn't sure if this was supposed to happen, so here we go. On the exit the atmosphere mission, I was returning to Kerbin after a nice short flight to 100km and on the way back, my ablator wasn't draining and the heat shield wasn't charring either. Now, this is important because my rocket's parachutes only deploy if the ablator is half depleted, so...

Well, I can't answer your question @Mikki, but @mattihase, it's the old joint system that was causing most of the wobbly rocket issues. Use the Enhanced Joint system to nullify most wobbly issues.

I have done several flights above 10km/10000m in exploration mode, but Keri seems to be taking naps on the job and won't give me my 25 science!
