  1. Im wondering if this works in 0.90? Its just so incredibly usefull that i would hate to see it go.
  2. The update is great, but is it only me or are the contracts just plain bad? I mean, they just dont make sense? I mean "Test the LV-909 landed at kerbin!" is ok i guess, eventho it doesnt really make sense. "Test the stack decoupler landed at kerbin.". What? "Test solid rocket boosters splashed down at kerbin!"? How does that make any sense at all? And all the other part testing contracts just have random numbers for testing mid flight, that you never actually achive during an actual mission, so you have to make one specificaly for them, and, for me at least, that just burns more funds than it generates. Am i doing somrthing wrong here? Because this was the biggest turn of from the career mode, since they implemented funds, and it still isnt very fun for me. So far i just keep having less and less funds, so i cant upgrade my KSC to even do any meaningful mission, since i dont even have EVA capability or maneuver nodes unlocked. Do you guys have any tips on how to tackle this? Are missions designed specificly for part testing worth it or not?

  4. Hi guys! I have an issue as well. For some reason, when i install procedural wing, my game wont load. It starts up and starts loading all the things it normaly does, but when it comes to the procedural wing parts, it stops. It doesnt freeze, it just seems to be loading a single part forever. Module manager doesnt give me any errors, and when i delete the mod, the game works fine again. I do not have FAR or NEAR installed, but i do have some other mods.
  5. I think it captures the spirit of Kerbal very well What songs do you think fit kerbal? Or even a playlist that you listen to while playing?
  6. So, i have a problem as well. I put a moving part on a ship, define a new group, and launch. And no matter how many times i press the IR button in the toolbar, it doesnt open the gui. The keys i assign to the parts also don't work. And if i right click the part, it shows only "hide GUI". Basicly, it doesnt work. Any ideas?
  7. Well im using the large non moving hexagonal transmiter on the stations and relay satelites, and the fold out ones on the ship. The reactors are in 400x400km orbit and the relays are in 1000x1000km. There is pretty much always at least one station in the line of sight with the ship, so i guess thats why the relays won't connect? I was hoping to get the power of the entire grid, but i guess it doesnt work that way. Anyway, the recievers constantly say they are at 85% efficency, but the power changes acording to how i orient my craft, wich makes sense i guess. I dont understand tho, why the last time the power just dropped form around 200MW to 1MW instantly, and i couldnt get it back, but it still had the same ammount of connections to satelites. Also, that power drop thing on the transmiters also boggles my mind. EDIT: i forgot to mention, all this happens in LKO, i never took the test ship over 300km yet.
  8. Guys, i still cant figure out the microwave network. I have 8 3,5m reactors in orbit now, with generators of course, and the big microwave transmiter/relay thing. And i also have 10 relay satelites to make sure that i cover the entire orbit. They are all set on "relay", i triple checked. Anyway, when i send up a ship with 4 recievers, the only thing they connect to is the satelites themselves. And even then, sometimes the power just drops for reasons i cant figure out. The relay sats dont appear to be working. Do i need to put more of those giant arrays on them? Does the orientation matter? Also, why does the power in my transmiters keep falling? The generator gives out constant MW and so does the nuclear reactor, but the power that the transmitter transmits is constantly falling.
  9. Hi guys! I've been having a lot of fun with this mod, eventho i havent actually built anything thats usefull with it yet. Its just a lot of fun to experiment and unlock new stuff in the carrer mode, after replaying it 4 times on a stock game. Anyway, i just set up my microwave network, like it says in the wiki, and it works great. I finaly have constant power for my plasma engines. But i just realized they are still not really that powerfull. How should i go about using them? I put a single liquid fuel tank on a capsule and a 2.5m plasma engine, and once in orbit, it barely goes anywhere, even if i power it from Xenon or monopropelant tanks. Any strategies on how to use the plasma engines without it taking a really long time to do anything? Do they get upgraded later? And the most important question, how do i get the thermal helper window back after i turn it of in the VAB? Thanks!
  10. So, how do i transfer science from the goo canisters and such to the capsule? That's the thing i was most excited about in this update, but i cant figure out how to do it :|.
